TC Saves offers incentives such as energy audits and low interest loans to homeowners in Traverse City to help make their homes more warm, comfortable, and healthy while lowering energy costs.

TC Saves is a partnership between the City of Traverse City, Traverse City Light and Power, and two local non-profits, SEEDS and the Michigan Land Use Institute.

Through our unique community-based approach, TC Saves is helping home-owners and businesses save money, creating a sustainable energy efficiency market and putting people to work. We will reach over 11,000 homes throughout Michigan and over 130 commercial buildings in the city of Detroit while creating over 2000 new jobs. We will deliver energy efficiency improvements and affordable loans in key targeted areas throughout the state.
